Community Work 

Elite Evolution has had the pleasure of being the official sports massage therapist for Adidas 10K Shoreditch Run this October 8th. We supported and massaged many people on the day and it was a major success. 

This summer Elite Evolution teamed up with the amazing Nanabar crew and provided fantastic boxing bootcamp in Hoxton Square. The went back for some of their tasty NiceCream. 

Elite Evolution has worked with Family Mosaic for 2 years delivering 121 and group exercises classes to vulnerable adults. We encourage and inspire them to look after their physical health. 

Elite Evolution was funded by Southern Housing Group to deliver 9 weeks football coaching to the Hindle House children

Our objective is to engage children during the summer period teaching them fundamental skills in football as well as encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle 

in 2016 we worked alongside a young child who wanted to deliver a summer sports camp for children who lived in Hackney. Together we help facilitate and organise a 2 week camp which had over 20 students participating. 

Elite Evolution has coached the Bolier Room ladies Fc for year. Help g to delay technical ability but also improve health, fitness and social cohesion

2016 we had three contestants take on a 12 week gruelling boxing bootcamp. This resulted in two off our boxers winning and taking home gold.
