V.A.S.S Coaching consists of the vertical jump, agility, speed and strength; these physical characteristics are considered vital within every sport known to man. We specialize in enhancing these four main attributes in athletes competing as individuals or within a team. Each program will be implemented with the specificity of ones sport.

Vertical jump performance

A vertical jump is the act of raising ones center of gravity higher in a vertical plane solely with the use of ones muscles; it is a measure of how high an athlete can elevate off the ground from a standstill position.


Agility is a rapid whole body movement with change of direction or velocity in response to a stimulus. Agility is the ability to change the body’s position efficiently and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of coordination, balance, reflexes, speed, strength and endurance.


Speed is the maximum rate of motion at which one can move. Speed has the dimensions of a distance divided by time.


Physical strength is the ability of an athlete to exert force on physical objects using muscles.
