TEMI NUGA

Temi, a three-time powerlifting champion and founder of 5 Rings Fitness.

Temitope "Temi" Nuga is a trainer and strength coach based in London, with over 12 years of experience. Having competed at Elites levels in sprinting and rugby, Temi brings a wealth of knowledge to her training methods. She has earned the title of three time powerlifting champion in the UK and Europe, a testament to her hard work and expertise in the sport. A powerhouse in the sector, Temi is the holder of the British and European Deadlift Records. In addition, she is also certified as a sports massage therapist, allowing her to better support her clients' physical health needs.

With a commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness objectives, Temi utilises her athletic background and professional training to provide tailored and impactful coaching solutions.

CHLOE REDMOND

Founder of 'The Body People', fitness, dance, and aerial studio in East London's Olympic Park.

Two short months ago, multi-faceted fitness instructor Chloe Redmond opened The Body People's first Fitness, Dance & Aerial studio in East London's prestigious Olympic Park. It's already making big moves with a diverse offer of classes from Aerial Silks, Pole Dancing and Pilates, to Spin, Dancehall and Pre & Post Natal training.

Chloe brings years of experience performing at prestigious events like The World Skills Opening Ceremony and claiming four trophies in the Miami Pro Fitness Modelling competition. Her studio aims to foster inclusivity and community, providing a safe and exhilarating environment for all to be their authentic selves. Bringing a passion for an inclusive dance and fitness industry, Chloe excels in nurturing the community at ‘The Body People’ to feel exhilarated, challenged and safe.

KAYLEIGH BENOIT

Founder of award winning fashion brand BiND London.

Esther Kuria

NHS Lead clinical Nurse Specialist with 30 years of experience including Midwifery, and Gynaecological Oncology.

Kayleigh Benoit is the founder of award winning fashion brand BiND London. Kayleigh left her ten year career in teaching to launch her high fashion sportswear brand. Inspired by her fitness and natural hair journey, she designed a headwear collection that promotes inclusivity in the fitness and wellness space.

BiND London has been seen on BBCs Strictly Come Dancing, worn by AJ Odudu, Perri Edwards, Kamille, and Mariah Idrissi. It has been featured in The Guardian, Forbes, The Metro and BBC Radio London, after Kayleigh successfully raised over £10,000 to launch BiND London, six weeks into the pandemic - all with no samples or products. Kayleigh also conducts workshops and masterclasses on wellbeing, entrepreneurship and crowdfunding, and speaks for numerous organisations and membership groups including AllBright and The British Library

Esther Kuria is an accomplished nurse, midwife, sonographer, accredited advanced nurse practitioner and independent prescriber with 30 years’ experience in Nursing of which 15 have been in Women’s Health. Esther’s current position of Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist Gynaecological Oncology allows her the opportunity to organise & lead a team of clinical staff whose responsibilities include development and implementation of patient care pathways.

Esther is a clinical educator & an alumni of the NHS Leadership Academy. She also sits on the Women’s Health Forum Committee of the Royal College
of Nursing, and  is a  Member of the British Gynaeoncological Cancer Society, British Menopause Society and Kenyan Nurses & Midwives Association UK.
