BOX & LIFT

Elite Evolution Box & Lift class in Islington is an explosive boxing fitness class combined with weightlifting techniques, increasing strength and power whilst moving like a butterfly and stinging like a bee. This class is great for all levels of fitness and great for body conditioning. 

Please book your space in advance as this class is first come first serve. 

Elite Evolution classes are a great way to kick start your training as well meet new enthusiastic people. We offer classes for every fitness level and cater to all needs in the class. Classes are capped at 15 people so that everyone can get the individual attention they need, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
