COVID SUPPORT FOR SCHOOLS

Elite Evolution recognises that during the pandemic health, fitness, sports and wellbeing has taken a major hit. Children not being able to participate in sports and fitness due to the COVID. Due to this issue Elite Evolution has been providing a school based in Ilford providing weekly sessions to the keyworker students based in Highland Primary School.

Elite Evolution is not only providing the students health and fitness but we also think it is paramount to support local fitness instructors by giving them work. We have carefully hand picked instructors who are new to the industry giving them an opportunity to improve their skills and experience with us.

Criteria

• 2 hours a week

• 20 weeks programme delivery

• Targeting 270 children aged between 8 and 11 boys and girls

The sessions will focus on these key areas:

1. Wellbeing check ins with the students at the beginning and the end of the sessions

2. Functional movement that requires minimal to no equipment needed

3. We will implement sports to give varied activities each week

4. Introducing an holistic approach with stretching and mindfulness
